David W. Ortolf, CEO
Dave Ortolf is uniquely qualified to represent client’s risk management needs. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and management including corporate insurance carrier operations, retail insurance agency production and management.
As an entrepreneur who built a million dollar multi-line insurance agency from scratch with a major captive carrier Dave is well versed in all insurance products, services and operations. His extensive knowledge and experience includes: marketing, selling and servicing commercial, personal, life and health insurance products.
As an agency owner and sales manager Dave has been responsible for hiring, training and managing sales teams producing over $9.5 million in annual premium volume. He has marketed and sold insurance products for major Carriers including: AIG, Allstate, Chubb, C.N.A., Golden Eagle, The Hartford, Kemper, Lloyds of London, Mercury, Progressive, Safeco and Travelers among many others.
Professional positions held include: Agency Principal and Operations Manager for Allstate Insurance, Personal Lines Department Manager for Superioraccess.com, and Sales Manager for Alandale Insurance Agency.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo. His formal insurance training includes Allstate’s agents' school and Safeco’s commercial lines agent’s school. He holds the Professional Designation of Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow. Dave has also successfully completed the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research’s Commercial Property and Casualty Institutes.
"Leadership by example" is his motto. Trained and entrusted to lead at age 17 by The United States Marine Corps, Dave served as a squad leader in a Reserve rifle company. His achievements include The Organized Marine Corps Reserve Medal "for honest and faithful service in keeping with the highest standards and traditions of the Marine Corps".

Cindi Ortolf, CFO
Cindi has more than 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her insurance career began as a customer service representative with Allstate Insurance in 1991 and evolved into managing a fast paced State Farm Insurance Agency. In 2005 she joined AAIA.
As both Office Manager and Account Manager Cindi supervised comprehensive operations for one of California’s largest State Farm Insurance Agencies. Her responsibilities included every facet of management and administration including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and termination of staff.
Cindi handled all Department of Insurance correspondence, pre-license training and continuing education processing for staff members. She oversaw accounting functions in every aspect including payroll, accounts receivable and payable. Cindi also provided sales and service to "VIP" clients for personal and commercial lines including workers compensation, business owner’s insurance policies, commercial auto and all types of personal property and casualty insurance lines in addition to life and health insurance products.
